The South East Queens (SEQ) Census 2020 Coalition and SEQ Fight COVID hosted a Day Of Action at Springfield Park to provide information to fill out the 2020 Census and provide free face coverings and hand sanitizers to local community residents. Over 30 volunteers facilitated tabling and dropped census literature at resident doors of Springfield Gardens. The SEQ Census Coalition distributed literature to over 500 households in the area. There were 125 people lined up to receive the free personal protective equipment made available to Southeast Queens.
