ESOTA (Edge School Of The Arts) will celebrate it’s 25th season by hosting a mini virtual concert on November 27, 2020 via Zoom. The mini concert will highlight Marlo Thomas’ Emmy Award Winning “Free to Be You and Me”. It will be the culmination of a series of “Remote & Blended Learning” dance and musical theater sessions. COVID forced ESOTA to think outside of the box. Throughout out the year the organization will presents a series of filmed mini concerts.
Dedicated members of ESOTA have been filming all over New York City to create a beautiful interactive experience for all. On Sunday , November 22, 2020, the dance studio filmed at The Garden Of Resilience. The organization wanted to highlight the beauty of Southeast Queens. Dancers Aaliyah McCray and Morgan Clark performed their dance routine in the community garden for the virtual concert with face coverings in place.
